How to use

To open: press the cap and twist. To close: Turn the cap until it locks. Directions for use: Especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing. Pour 20 ml (4 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass, rinse for 30 seconds, swishing the liquid throughout the mouth. Do not swallow. Use 10 ml for children aged 6 to 12.
